PAYMENT

All major credit cards are accepted.

Sales tax is required for all Florida purchases.

No cancellations will be accepted once the item has shipped.

SHIPPING

Each listing comes with standard First-Class USPS shipping. Further details in each listing.

PACKAGING

You will receive your item in a grey velvet Veronica DeOre jewelry/glasses pouch, inside a padded, weather-resistant, and tear-proof envelope. We package each item carefully to ensure it will arrive safely to its destination.

ADDRESSES

Your purchase will be shipped to the address you listed upon checkout.

PROCESSING TIME

Items will be shipped within 3-5 business days of their purchase. Most often, we will ship items on the same or next day of their purchase. In all cases pending availability and credit verification.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted on all full price products. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise. Item(s) must be in original unused condition, and all tags, cards, boxes and/or pouches must be included with your return. If you request a refund, you will be refunded for the price of the item purchased, credit card processing fees and tax (if applicable) but not the cost of shipping. Returns must be sent via U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS. We recommend purchasing insurance since we cannot be responsible for lost/damaged packages. Be sure to package returns well, as items damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges.

DAMAGES

In the unfortunate event that your purchase arrives damaged, please contact us within three (3) days of receipt. Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the responsibility of you the buyer to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods may be returned. Goods damaged due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted for refund.
